Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Chinese students are encouraged to apply.
• Available for an internship of 3–6 months.
• Good written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or similar applications for research, writing, and information organisation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
• Good numerical, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Must meet applicable Malaysian immigration, internship, and work authorisation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Support data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in organising invoices, receipts, payment records, and other financial documents.
• Help maintain and update accounts-related spreadsheets and financial trackers.
• Assist with the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries.
• Support the verification and reconciliation of financial documents under the guidance of the finance team.
• Assist in organising payment records, purchase orders, and other relevant supporting documents.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organise financial data, perform basic calculations, and maintain records.
• Use AI tools to support financial research, document summarisation, information organisation, and routine administrative tasks.
• Verify AI-generated information and check calculations and financial data before use.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling financial and company information.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
