Arvato Systems Malaysia invites applications for a Finance/Accounting internship. You will learn general accounting, assist requisition processing, and support month-end close while maintaining filing systems and supporting audits and ISMS documentation.

We seek undergraduates or final-semester students in Business, Finance or Accounting with CGPA 3.2+, strong English and teamwork, plus a growth mindset. Competitive monthly allowance and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• CGPA 3.2 or above.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Learn and perform general accounting administrative and bookkeeping functions.
• Assist the team in the processing of purchase requisitions.
• Contribute to the month-end close accounting process and help ensure global reporting deadlines are met.
• Maintain and manage a proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
• Be involved in daily administration duties for the Finance department.
• Assist in preparing necessary documentation for audit, tax, and ISMS purposes.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required by head of department.
• Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.
• Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.
• Be our brand ambassador.
