JAC Recruitment is seeking a seasoned finance professional in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia to lead the accounting and finance function for the business. The role focuses on producing accurate financial reports and driving timely closes while ensuring compliance with IFRS and local standards.

The successful candidate will manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, coordinate tax filings, and support budgeting and forecasting. Strong ERP experience, especially SAP, is preferred.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Proficient in preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flows).
• Knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, preferably SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-spectrum accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate tax filings and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Maintain and improve ERP and financial reporting processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support business and financial objectives.
