Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking an Account & Finance Manager in Senai, Malaysia, to oversee monthly and annual financial closing and ensure accurate reporting. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, and manage GL, journal entries and reconciliations while monitoring cash flow and financing activities.

The role also covers AR, AP and inventory management, banking relationships, and coordination with auditors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance & Accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing/EMS or MNC environment preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP Financial System.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage GL, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financing activities.
• Oversee AR, AP and inventory management.
