We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the company's continued growth. This role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial projections
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
• Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and performance reports
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profit margins, and overall financial performance
• Manage cash flow planning, monitoring, and forecasting
• Oversee payment processes, reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Implement effective financial controls and improve accounting procedures

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial management
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial performance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an advantage

Attractive monthly salary of RM8,000 - RM12,000, based on experience and qualifications
