Job summary

Amane Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Manager to lead training and licensee support as the company expands from a single location to multiple stores. You will manage from pre-opening to post-opening follow-up, and you will work on-site as store staff while supporting crews at other locations.

You will train staff on food processes, ensure halal and safety compliance (JAKIM Halal, MeSTI, HACCP, GMP), and develop Q&A resources and updated SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service as store staff within the F&B industry.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently to various outlets and kitchens as required by training schedule.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills, with ability to teach technical food processes and customer service to a diverse workforce.
• Understanding of Malaysian food safety laws, particularly JAKIM Halal guidelines, MeSTI, HACCP, and GMP standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the process end-to-end for new store openings — from pre-opening preparation through post-opening follow-up.
• Work on-site as store staff while providing training and support to restaurant crews at other locations.
• Serve as the go-to contact when operational issues arise, collaborating with on-site teams to resolve them.
• Abstract recurring issues across stores into Q&A resources and continuously update manuals and SOPs.
• Maintain consistency in quality standards, customer service levels, and regulatory compliance across store operations.
