Qualifications

• Degree in a medical-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in medical industry, preferably in medical devices.
• Fluent in English and Malay; other languages is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop further as professional sales representative by acquiring knowledge, product knowledge, and clinical & professional selling techniques.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote products and services; execute marketing activities to meet sales targets.
• Plan and develop market strategies for promotion of existing and new products in line with divisional goals.
• Provide ongoing technical training and knowledge exchange with customers through CME.
• Willingness to enter operating theatres and interventional labs for case support.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally with timely response.
• Monitor stock and manage inventories to optimize sales and prevent variances.
• Build relationships with hospital management, purchasing, and staff.
• Support team members by coaching and providing feedback.
