Job summary

Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technical support professional to install, troubleshoot and repair sales terminals and network equipment at various outlets.

You will perform preventive maintenance and provide first level support for office equipment, with responsibilities including upkeep of company vans and ad-hoc assignments. The ideal candidate has a diploma/advanced diploma in electrical or electronic engineering, at least 2 years of relevant field experience, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in technical field.
• Must be conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, network and electronics components.
• Willing to travel extensively within the designated area.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends, public holidays and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair sales terminals, network equipment and related equipment (UPS, generator, hubs) at outlets.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on sales terminals and network equipment at outlets.
• Provide first level support for office equipment at the office.
• Maintain and service company vans.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
