Job summary

Toshiba Tec Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Service Representative/Assistant Service Engineer to perform maintenance, installation, calibration and customer training for MFPs and E&E equipment. You will manage daily field operations and build strong customer relationships to ensure high service quality.

The role requires technical proficiency in MFP hardware and E&E systems, plus solid problem solving and communication skills to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, information technology, electrical and electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in technical support or MFP/E&E maintenance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of MFPs and E&E equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Install and configure MFPs and E&E equipment according to customer requirements.
• Conduct adjustments and calibrations to maintain the accuracy and performance of MFPs and E&E equipment.
• Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of MFPs and E&E equipment.
• Manage daily field operations within the assigned zone or customer building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service experience.
