Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership and hands-on field service management experience.
• Knowledge of Public Safety and Mission Critical operations.
• Strong data analytics capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• ITIL v4 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of field engineers across distributed bases.
• Direct daily field operations, PM/CM ticket resolution, and site responses.
• Maintain high uptime, zero-defect SLA compliance, and ~85% resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Local Customer Success Manager on RFx processes.
• Partner with CSMs and regional sales to support key contracts.
