Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. in Penang is looking for a Field Service Engineer / Service Technician to install, commission and service industrial equipment at customer sites.

The role requires hands-on diagnostic work, preventive maintenance and on-site support across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control systems. Applicants should hold a Diploma/ITC/NTC in relevant fields with 2–5 years of field service experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITC / NTC in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Automation or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in machinery installation, maintenance or field service.
• Experience with industrial machinery, CNC, automation, semiconductor or packaging equipment is an advantage.
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, servo systems and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills for service reporting.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer / Service Technician (ID1779)

Location: Penang

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:15am – 5:30pm

Salary: RM6,000 - RM8,000

Job Responsibilities:

Install, commission, test and troubleshoot industrial machinery at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and replacement of faulty components.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system issues.
