Job summary
Trio-Tech (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Field Service Engineer (With Experience) to install, commission, and service AMPS High Parallel Test Cell systems at customer sites across the semiconductor ecosystem. You will work with leading fabs and support integration with MES and automation interfaces.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related engineering discipline, at least 2 years of hands-on field service experience, and strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and software
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Automation, or related engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting semiconductor final-test equipment.
- Able to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, automation, and software.
- Willing to travel to customer sites and work on shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission AMPS High Parallel Test Cell systems.
- Support integration of AMPS modules, test cells, and related peripherals.
- Perform equipment calibration, functional checks, and qualification.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, automation, and software issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records, and provide customer training.
