Job summary

FieldCore Service Solutions International is seeking a Technical Field Advisor (TFA) to support HD Gas Turbine field operations in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating site activities, installing systems, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration, and guiding customer teams on operation and maintenance at customer sites.

The TFA will also generate technical reports, manage parts logistics, and ensure safety standards while traveling to various field assignments.

Qualifications

• Technical or university degree or qualifying field services experience.
• 4+ years in field services or power generation maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams and alignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities and resources.
• Install systems and provide preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and service requests at customer sites.
• Provide technical guidance to customer representatives on installation and maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports, job status updates, and timesheets.
• Ensure parts and tools are shipped to site and perform walk-downs during installation.
• Travel extensively to projects and field assignments; work holidays/weekends as required.
