Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Career Wise Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support and machine maintenance, including repairs and preventive maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or related engineering, with 1–2 years servicing experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering.
• 1–2 years servicing or maintenance experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in the field.
• Provide machine maintenance support including repair and PM.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
