DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Engineer, Technical Services to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Espec environmental test chambers for the Semiconductor and Electronics segment in Malaysia. The role focuses on keeping equipment performing at high standards and minimizing downtime, delivering on-site technical support to customers.

You will perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and remote support, while documenting service reports and coordinating spare parts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical sales or specialty chemicals experience.
• Strong industry, market and customer knowledge of the space.

Mansioni

• Install, set up, and commission environmental test chambers to ensure reliable operation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues to restore performance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers to minimize downtime.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain documentation to company standards.
• Coordinate technical support activities and communicate clearly with customers; manage spare parts for service/repair jobs.
