Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an onsite engineer in Beranang, Selangor for a 15-month contract handling maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for corrugator machinery. The role includes a 3-month training in Dongguan, China, and collaboration with global technical teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of field service experience and strong Siemens PLC and electrical schematic skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of onsite engineering, maintenance, technical support, or field service experience.
• Hands-on electrical/electronic troubleshooting and Siemens PLC experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication.
• Willing to travel and work shifts, weekends or emergencies.

• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for corrugator machinery.
• Install, commission, and optimize industrial equipment to maximize performance.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and PLC-related issues.
• Ensure equipment reliability and support smooth production operations.

Salary range : RM5,000 - RM6,800 (based on experience & qualification)

What You'll Do

• Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Chinese-speaking ability is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and support teams
• Willing to travel and provide support during shifts, weekends, or emergency situations when necessary
