Job summary

Automation & Control Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Engineer (Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering) to join our field service team. You will provide technical support for power management controls, electronic governor systems, and control panels at customer sites across Malaysia.

Requirements include a Diploma/ Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering; 2–3 years in electronic controls for engines/turbines or power quality analysis; wireman qualification an

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Electronic /Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
2–3 years working experience in electronic controls for engines & turbines or power quality analysis.
Wireman qualification is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willing to travel to any location within Malaysia or overseas on short notice.

Responsibilities

To provide technical support to workshop and customer in relation to power management controls, electronic governor system, control panel etc.
Liaise and coordinate with customer on various aspect and stages of work.
Assist in sales calls and presentation planning & scheduling
To ensure that all correct procedures are observed in the course of duty.
Consultation service to customers on product configuration and application
To collect data and market intelligence for business analysis and decision making.
To take charge of technical proposal/involvement in projects.
To undertake field service jobs which involve troubleshooting or installing customer equipment when required.
To identify, suggest and improve on areas of weakness that may be present in the course of work. To comply to QMS & OHSAS requirements.
To perform any other job as and when requested by Manager
Involve in preparation of quotation for hardware sales, field service and tender proposal
