Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a field service professional to manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test activities. You will travel to customer sites, troubleshoot automation equipment and provide clear service reports.

You will collaborate with our headquarters technical team, share information across the organization and build strong relationships with customers. ISO compliance and safety practices are a core focus of the role.

Qualifications

At least Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year(s) & above in field service support in local or overseas.
Must be able to provide service support in automation/equipment on site and set up with skills of mechanical, electrical and software.
Able to travel for long period.

Responsibilities

Provide daily service reports.
