Job summary

Swisslog Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a service-oriented engineer to join our intralogistics team. The role focuses on onsite customer support after project implementation, ensuring quick system restoration and adherence to standards.

You will troubleshoot on site, assist commissioning, and liaise with Level 2 support and the account manager. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering with 3+ years’ experience, and can work shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical or Controls Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electrical/Mechanical equipment support.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and on-site troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite customer support after project completion.
• Ensure system operation is restored quickly and safely.
• Respond to customer concerns and communicate with Level 2 support.
• Assist in commissioning and deployment during project implementation.
• Record incidents in CMMS.
• Provide training if needed.
