Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Field Sales professional to visit top outlets, drive volume, and coordinate route-level objectives in Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas.

You will lead a small merchandiser team, ensure collections per terms, and report market information regularly to support store-level growth. Aims include strong customer collaboration and adherence to credit policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree or A-level.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proven supervisory and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit and develop a given set of top outlets regularly.
• Coordinate and achieve sales objectives for routes, outlets and brands.
• Ensure payment collection is updated per terms.
• Lead and coach Sales Merchandisers and the CCRM team.
• Submit standard reports and collect market information regularly.
