DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Field Sales for Kota Kinabalu to supervise sales teams and drive targets across the FMCG sector. You will execute strategic action plans, manage routes, maintain customer calls, and monitor KPI progress to ensure performance and accountability.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or a relevant educational background will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or relevant FMCG experience.
• Good working knowledge of the FMCG industry, products, and customers.
• Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in local language and English; Chinese is a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking customers.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate sales teams to achieve targets across assigned territories.
• Prepare sales action plans including route planning and regular customer calls/visits.
• Track team progress against KPIs and sales plans for performance visibility and accountability.
• Provide feedback to team members on execution of plans and development areas.
• Execute sales activities for territories, including product portfolio management and in-store merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate closing sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and generate reports to counter threats.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast margins for decision-making.
• Coordinate improvements to sales processes and ensure timely payments from customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and strong customer relationships.
• Guide and support the team to achieve shared goals and targets.
• Drive learning in Field Sales practices and company values.
