Lee Choon Hardware Sdn Bhd – Temerloh, Pahang is hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell products within the Southern region of Perak. The role covers field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent, has 1–2 years of sales experience, and possesses own transport with willingness to travel within Perak. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese/Hokkien is a plus.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Possess own transport and be willing to travel within Perak region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese or Hokkien preferred, to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien-speaking clients.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including retailers, businesses, and direct consumers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned region.
• Provide market and customer feedback to the Marketing and Product Teams.

• Petrol & Toll Allowance: RM400 – RM600 (based on location and experience)
• Commission: RM1000 – RM7000 (depending on sales performance and collection)
