Job summary

Lee Choon Hardware Sdn Bhd in Melaka seeks a Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s products across Melaka's southern region. The role covers field sales, building relationships with customers, and hitting monthly targets.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma, are fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese/Hokkien a plus), can travel within Melaka, and are self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel within Melaka region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese or Hokkien preferred, to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien-speaking clients.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, including retailers, businesses, and direct consumers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned region.
• Provide market and customer feedback to the Marketing and Product Teams.
