Job summary

Eostre Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales through regular market visits, build relationships with agents and customers, and provide responsive sales support.

This role focuses on field sales, expanding our agent network and handling day-to-day enquiries. The position involves conducting product demonstrations, supporting roadshows and events, and coordinating with marketing to prepare sales materials.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification is required; a diploma in Business or Sales is an added advantage.
• Experience in sales or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport with agents and customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to agents and customers to introduce products and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and orders to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge, pricing, and promotions information to agents and customers.
• Coordinate with logistics for order processing and deliveries.
• Support onboarding of new agents and prepare sales kits with the marketing team.
• Generate reports on sales performance and agent activity.
• Participate in product demonstrations, roadshows, and exhibitions as required.
