Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a driven Business Development Manager/Executive to develop new business in environmental and scheduled waste management services. The role combines field sales and account management across automotive workshops, manufacturing plants, and industrial companies.

The position requires 5+ years in sales, with a preference for B2B and industrial segments. Candidates should be comfortable with outdoor visits, own transport, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B sales, FMCG key account management, oil & gas, industrial sales, or field sales preferred.
• Sales engineers / fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including regular site visits and door-to-door prospecting within the assigned territory.
• Promote scheduling waste management and used oil recovery services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Manage SME and corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and service continuity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
• Work with logistics and operations teams to coordinate waste collection schedules.
• Manage customer documentation including quotations, service agreements, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
