PENTAS FLORA is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities in environmental and scheduled waste management services. You will combine field sales and account management, engaging automotive workshops, manufacturing plants, and industrial companies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B sales, FMCG key account management, oil & gas, industrial sales, or field sales is preferred.
• Sales Engineers are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and frequent customer visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including regular site visits and door-to-door prospecting within the assigned territory.
• Promote the company's scheduled waste management and used oil recovery services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for long-term business partnerships.
• Manage both SME and corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and service continuity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales agreements.
• Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to coordinate waste collection schedules.
• Manage customer documentation, including quotations, service agreements, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor sales performance within the assigned territory and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
