Job summary

Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Business Development Manager/Executive to expand our environmental and scheduled waste management services. The role blends field sales with account management across automotive workshops, manufacturing plants, and industrial firms.

You will field-visit customers, promote services, manage quotations and contracts, and drive monthly sales targets while building long-term partnerships in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, FMCG key account management, oil & gas, industrial sales, or field sales preferred.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and frequent customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including regular site visits and door-to-door prospecting within the assigned territory.
• Promote scheduled waste management and used oil recovery services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Manage SME and corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and service continuity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate waste collection schedules with logistics/operations.
• Manage quotations, service agreements, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
