Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a field sales professional to conduct daily visits to dealer stores within Miri, supporting Sales & Distribution activities and driving sales targets and KPIs.

You will train dealers on product range, system activations, and promotions, build strong relationships, travel daily to outstation areas, and provide on-ground support to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent with a passing result.
• Must be based in Miri, Sarawak.
• Must have own car and willing to travel daily to outstation area.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in outdoor/field sales in telco/FMCG/retail or any relevant industry.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to commit sales target given.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.

Responsibilities

• To conduct daily visits to dealer stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service, support and build relationship within the assigned areas.
• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
