Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a sales-focused professional to conduct daily visits to dealers and support Sales & Distribution activities in Sabah. You will build relationships with dealers, execute promotions, and expand touchpoints while traveling daily to outstation areas.

Based in Kota Kinabalu with own car, you will drive prepaid and postpaid activations, train dealers, and push toward aggressive target achievement while monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent with a passing result.
• Must be based in Kota Kinabalu.
• Must have own car and willing to travel daily to outstation area.
• At least 1-2 years of outdoor/field sales experience in telco/FMCG/retail or relevant industry.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to commit sales target given.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.

Responsibilities

• To conduct daily visits to dealers stores to support Sales & Distribution activities and achieve sales targets.
• To visit existing dealers stores to provide service, support and build relationships within assigned areas.
• To monitor and execute sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points.
• Continue deepening dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensure dealers have knowledge and training on system activations, product range, selling information, incentives, and POSM.
• To perform trade events, visit dealers and provide tactical ground support for optimum sales performance.
• Be vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
