Job summary

Prestigious Legacy Construction is seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage enquiries, identify new customers, and develop relationships with homeowners, agents, and partners. You will plan site visits, coordinate quotes with project teams and actively close interior design and renovation projects.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and field sales skills, with a drive to meet targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or related field.
Sales experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in construction, renovation, interior design or property is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to conduct field sales.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on sales enquiries.
Identify potential customers through online and offline activities.
Distribute flyers and approach newly completed housing developments.
Build relationships with homeowners, property agents, JMBs and business partners.
Arrange client meetings and site visits.
Coordinate quotations with the costing and project teams.
Follow up, negotiate and close on interior design & renovation projects.
Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
