Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a proactive sales professional to uncover opportunities across cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors and to build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, operators, and end users.

You will source projects via market research, site visits, and networks, tailor seating solutions to client needs, and coordinate proposals with internal teams. Travel is required to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years outdoor or project-based sales experience (construction, fit-out, furniture, or building materials preferred).
• Strong industry network is an advantage.
• Self-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and travel for client meetings.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, operators, and end users.
• Source upcoming projects through market research, site visits, and industry networks.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable seating solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals with internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing and support project execution with operations and engineering teams.
• Track project progress, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain professional client engagement.
