Job summary

Ferco Seating Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to identify and develop business opportunities across cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors. You will build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners, and source projects through networking and client visits.

The role requires 2–5 years in outdoor sales or related fields, with a focus on meeting client requirements, proposing seating

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outdoor sales or business development experience.
• Candidates from construction, furniture, fit-out or related industries have an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Source and follow up on projects through networking, client visits, and market engagement.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare proposals, and recommend suitable seating solutions with internal technical support.
• Coordinate with clients, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and attend meetings or site visits when required.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities while achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
• 2–5 years of experience in outdoor sales, or business development
• Candidates from construction, furniture, fit‑out, building materials, or related industries experience would be an added advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable meeting clients and travelling for business development activities
• Possess own transport
