Job summary

Mediaproav International Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales professional to identify and develop new customers for our audio-visual, sound and lighting equipment and related services in Malaysia. You will generate leads through multiple channels and manage customer visits and meetings.

You will tailor solutions to customer requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales, event management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.
• Good customer service and relationship-building abilities essential.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits and events.
• Able to work outside normal office hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
• Having a valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online channels and customer visits.
• Promote the Company's audio-visual, sound and lighting equipment and related services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within the Company's approved authority.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed projects.
