Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Field Recovery Officer to handle information gathering through on-site visits. You will travel around Klang Valley and outstation areas, visit residential and commercial premises, and collect new contact numbers and addresses as part of the recovery process.

Candidates should have SPM, 1–2 years in credit-related work, strong PC literacy, and good Bahasa Malaysia communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• SPM is required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Credit industry experience is an added advantage.
• Able to analyze and provide solutions within the job scope.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Pleasant personality; able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Visit houses and commercial premises to collect information.
• Travel around Klang Valley and outstation areas for collection efforts.
• Visit locations to obtain new information such as contact numbers and addresses.
• Assist Collection teams with arrangements when required.

Responsible for collection effort via visitations (own transport - motorcycle, is required).

Willing to travel around Klang Valley/ outstation area.

To visit houses / commercial premises and collect relevant information.

To obtain new information from the visiting effort e.g. new contact number/new addresses.

To assist Collection teams arrangement with customer when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM

Preferably with 1-2 years related working experience

Experience in Credit industry is an added advantage

PC literate, able to analyze and provide solutions to any given situation within the job scope

Good communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia

Pleasant personality, able to work under pressure and able to work with minimum supervision
