Mercantile Shared Services Sdn Bhd is expanding our Recovery Team in Malaysia. Position: Recovery Officer with a basic salary range of RM1,800–RM2,500 and a 0 BASE / HIGH COMMISSION structure, plus attractive monthly incentives and performance bonuses.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will follow up on overdue accounts, aim to achieve personal and team collection targets, maintain records, and provide daily updates.

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in collection, telemarketing, customer service or sales is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
