Job summary

TELITI TEKNIK (M) SDN BHD is seeking motivated engineers to join our team for planning, execution, and maintenance of utility civil infrastructure, fiber optic OSP, and telecommunications projects in Malaysia. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply, with responsibilities matched to qualifications and experience.

You will lead on-site management, coordinate materials and resources, and prepare technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Management: Supervise site personnel, assign tasks, and coordinate schedules to meet deadlines.
• Resource and Materials Coordination: Manage inventory, prepare material requests, and coordinate procurement and deliveries.
• Communication and Reporting: Act as liaison between management, site personnel, contractors, and stakeholders; maintain progress reports.
• Site Survey and Technical Proposal: Plan and conduct site surveys; prepare technical proposals and related documentation.
• Project Planning and Implementation: Plan, coordinate and manage construction and installation activities; monitor progress against schedules.
• Materials and Resource Management: Estimate material quantities; ensure resources are available and approvals obtained.
• Site Supervision and Project Monitoring: Coordinate contractors and personnel; monitor quality and safety; escalate issues when necessary; submit progress reports.
