Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-Site Management: Supervise site personnel, assign tasks, and coordinate schedules to meet deadlines.
• Resource and Materials Coordination: Manage inventory, prepare material requests, and coordinate procurement and deliveries.
• Communication and Reporting: Act as liaison between management, site personnel, contractors, and stakeholders; maintain progress reports.
• Site Survey and Technical Proposal: Plan and conduct site surveys; prepare technical proposals and related documentation.
• Project Planning and Implementation: Plan, coordinate and manage construction and installation activities; monitor progress against schedules.
• Materials and Resource Management: Estimate material quantities; ensure resources are available and approvals obtained.
• Site Supervision and Project Monitoring: Coordinate contractors and personnel; monitor quality and safety; escalate issues when necessary; submit progress reports.

We are seeking motivated and driven engineers to join our team in the planning, execution, and maintenance of Utility Civil Infrastructure, Fiber Optic Outside Plant (OSP), and Telecommunications Projects

Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The position and responsibilities offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Management

Supervise site personnel, assign tasks, and coordinate work schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.

Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.

2. Resource and Materials Coordination

Manage material inventory, prepare material requests, and coordinate procurement and deliveries.

Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available to support project execution.

3. Communication and Reporting

Act as the liaison between management, site personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Maintain site attendance records, daily progress reports, and project documentation.

Attend project and management meetings to provide updates and address site-related matters.

Scope of Work and Duties

1. Site Survey and Technical Proposal

Plan and conduct site surveys and inspections.

Prepare Technical Proposals (TP) and related technical documentation.

Attend site visits to assess project requirements, site conditions, and implementation needs.

2. Project Planning and Implementation

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and installation activities.

Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, and requirements.

Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Materials and Resource Management

Estimate material quantities and project resource requirements.

Prepare material requests and coordinate the necessary approvals.

Monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and usage at project sites.

4. Site Supervision and Project Monitoring

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Monitor daily work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

Identify and resolve site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and **escalate matters when necessary.**

Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
