Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a diligent customer service professional to follow up on customer payments, provide product knowledge, and assist with payment procedures. The role emphasizes prompt payments, professional negotiations, and high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate should have SPM/STPM or a Diploma, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and should be able to work under pressure with own motorcycle

Qualifications

• Possess SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 1–2 years related working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Own transport (motorcycle) and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Follow up closely with customers regarding their payments.
• Report daily survey results to the Team Leaders.
• Assist customers regarding product knowledge and payment procedures.
• Educate customers to make payments promptly.
• Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiations with customers.
