Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a diligent customer service professional to follow up on customer payments, provide product knowledge, and assist with payment procedures. The role emphasizes prompt payments, professional negotiations, and high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate should have SPM/STPM or a Diploma, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and should be able to work under pressure with own motorcycle

Requirements:

Possess SPM , STPM, Diploma in any field.

Experience in Credit Recovery is an advantage.

Good Communication and Negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.

Pleasant personality and able to work with minimum supervision.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to work under pressure.

Possess own transport(motorcycle) and has valid driving license.
