Job summary

BBSB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Land Surveyor to coordinate and perform surveys at project sites in Raub, Pahang. You will prepare topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to provide accurate data for design and construction.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, 2+ years of field experience, and proficiency with theodolites, total stations, GPS and surveying software. Collaboration with engineers and timely data delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' practical land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with standard surveying equipment (theodolites, total stations, GPS, levels).
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and best practices.
• Competency in surveying software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and handle all scope of works for site surveys.
• Prepare detailed topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys for design and construction.
• Collect and process field data (angles, distances, elevations, boundaries).
• Analyze and interpret survey data to create accurate reports and maps.
• Provide layout and staking services for construction projects.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data per industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide survey information.
• Estimate initial cut-and-fill volumes from surface data.
• Locate utilities, easements and rights-of-ways to prevent clashes.
