• Manage field operations (installations, maintenance, upgrades, fault restoration) across APAC and Middle East.
• Provide 24/7 operational on-site support as required for service availability.
• Coordinate with regional deployment and engineering teams for project planning and execution.
• Track KPIs, prepare regular reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead network efficiency initiatives and optimize performance and cost efficiency.
