Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineer with 1-2 years of related field experience to perform market analysis, cold calls and meetings with customers, and present quotations and technical proposals.

The role includes after-sales service, installation, testing and commissioning, and maintaining strong customer relationships, with reporting duties and supervision support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Microelectronics).
1-2 years working experience in the related field.
Self-motivated, pro-active & passionate
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Team-player & able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Perform market analysis & find potential customer
Make cold call & have meeting with customer Introduce product & service to customer to fit customer application
Prepare quotation and technical proposal to the customers
Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports.
Assist in tasks assigned by supervisor.
