Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer / FAE to support enterprise customers across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for private cloud deployment, VMware virtualization, Linux, storage, networking, troubleshooting, system upgrades and on-site technical delivery.
The role also involves customer training, documentation and working closely with remote technical and R&D teams. Bachelor Degree required.

We are looking for a Project Engineer / FAE to support enterprise customers across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for private cloud deployment, VMware virtualization, Linux, storage, networking, troubleshooting, system upgrades and on-site technical delivery. The role also involves customer training, documentation and working closely with remote technical and R&D teams.
You will join a growing regional technical services team supporting enterprise customers across Southeast Asia. The team works closely with China-based technical support and R&D teams, providing hands-on implementation, troubleshooting and technical escalation support. The environment is collaborative, technical and customer-focused, with opportunities to work on large-scale private cloud and virtualization projects.
