Job summary

Systemizer Technic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Solutions Delivery Engineer to plan, configure, implement, test and support technical solutions for clients and internal stakeholders. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards.

The candidate will bridge technical teams, vendors, clients and operations to ensure successful deployment and smooth handover of systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and deploy software, hardware or integrated technical solutions based on project requirements.
• Support end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering through implementation, testing and post-go-live support.
• Ensure all solutions are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope and technical specifications.
• Coordinate installation, setup, migration and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and elevate issues or delays promptly.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution during implementation and after deployment.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support users and stakeholders during testing, training and go-live phases.
• Maintain system stability and ensure minimal downtime.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, internal users and project teams to understand business and technical requirements.

The Solutions Delivery Engineer is responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, testing and supporting technical solutions delivered to clients or internal stakeholders. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to technical and quality requirements. The Solutions Delivery Engineer acts as the bridge between technical teams, vendors, clients and operations to ensure successful deployment and smooth handover of systems and solutions.

Key responsibilities

Implement, configure and deploy software, hardware or integrated technical solutions based on project requirements

Support end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering through implementation, testing and post-go-live support

Ensure all solutions are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope and technical specifications

Coordinate installation, setup, migration and commissioning activities

About you

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical implementation, systems delivery, project support or a similar role

Experience in software deployment, system integration or infrastructure implementation

Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams

Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter, Proxmox or other virtualization platforms)

Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of networking and security (LAN/WAN fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs, switching, VPN, IPSec, firewall concepts)

Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux preferably SUSE / Red Hat / Ubuntu)

Strong hands-on experience and working knowledge of backup and recovery platforms (Veeam, Commvault, Acronis or equivalent)

Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and database connectivity troubleshooting

Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or equivalent

Basic to intermediate scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python or equivalent
