Job summary

T.E.M. Automation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Field Application Engineer for our core industrial automation products (PLC, inverter, servo, robot). The role is full-time hybrid, located in Puchong with some work-from-home opportunities.

You will provide technical support to customers, handle field applications, deliver product trainings, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clients to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Field Applications and Technical Support skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Min 3 years' experience in related field
• Knowledge in motion control products (Inverter, servo, PLC, Robot) is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Role Description

The Field Application Engineer will provide technical support to our core products, handle field applications and provide solution to customers and provide product trainings to customer. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert solutions to enhance client production efficiency.
