Job summary

Swagelok Malaysia is seeking an Account Manager to work in the field with process engineers and plant managers to diagnose fluid system problems and deliver real solutions. You will be field-facing, blending engineering insight with practical customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Good communication skills — full training and mentorship provided.
Eager to learn and grow within a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze & qualify leads from client inquiries and customer data base.
Understand and recommend client processes and recommend the right fluid control solutions (fittings, valves, tubing, regulators, and more).
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries via phone, email - providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information.
Receive full product and technical training (fluid systems, automation, industrial equipment)
