Job summary

Reliance Communications Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Fibre Projects Coordinator to plan, coordinate and supervise ISP/OSP fibre rollout initiatives. You will liaise with contractors and authorities to ensure compliance with timelines and requirements, and you will prepare detailed route drawings and site layouts using AutoCAD.

The role requires proactive site supervision, monitoring workmanship and contractor performance, and coordinating surveys, installation, testing and project handover

Qualifications

Experience in planning and supervising fibre rollout projects.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Familiar with site safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) fibre rollout projects.
Monitor site progress, workmanship and contractor performance to meet timelines.
Prepare and update fibre route drawings, site layouts and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Liaise with authorities, clients, utility providers and agencies regarding permits and approvals.
Coordinate site surveys, fibre installation, testing and project handover.
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Resolve site issues independently and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
