Job summary

Asia Recruit is seeking asales-oriented candidate for a field sales role with our client, a leading Malaysian telecom provider. The role involves outdoor promotion, product demonstrations and direct customer engagement to drive fiber installations and sales.

The ideal applicant will have a diploma or degree, strong English, and willingness to work outdoors across Penang and Alor Setar. Own transport is preferred, with basic salary RM2500–RM3000 and commission on targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with clear communication.
• Must be able to work outdoors and travel as required.
• Active driving licence and own transport preferred.
• Experience in sales or promotions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete fiber installation.
• Promote and cultivate sales of company products and services to customers.
• Set up product displays and promotional booths at high streets, premises, markets and residential areas.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with customers and guide product selection.
• Meet daily targets and submit sales reports.
• Search for new business opportunities.

What Does The Job Entail:

• Manage and complete fiber installation.
• Promote and cultivate sales of company products and services to customers.
• Actively participate inroving, setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths at high streets, approaching business premises, market and residential areas.
• Listening to what customers want and recommend the perfect product for their needs.
• Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.
• Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
• Searching fornew business opportunities.

Who Is The Ideal Applicant:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Ideally candidates with prior sales background
• Those with SPM qualification and solid sales experience will be considered as well
• Must be able and willing towork outdoor
• Possess own transport
• Able to communicate fluently inEnglish
• Must be able to work in Penang Mainland/Penang Island or Alor Setar.

Entitlements:

• Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3000
• Commission provided for those who hit the sales target/KPI
