Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Fibre Convergence Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to drive end-to-end customer engagement, from registration to service activation across Fibre and FWA. You will lead in-store Home and convergence initiatives, ensuring quality installation and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

The role suits a digitally savvy team player with 0–3 years in related fields, and willingness to travel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience in Telecommunications, Fibre and Computing, Networking, Retail Banking / Insurance, Property & Development or FMCG.
• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• Willing to travel based on business requirement.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers across the end-to-end home (Fibre / FWA) registration and onboarding journey.
• Own and drive store Home targets, including Fibre and FWA performance.
• Strive to help store achieve high fibre conversion rate.
• Serve as the in-store lead for Home and convergence-related product launches and initiatives.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CelcomDigi products and services.
• Perform fibre installation, ONT/router setup, and service activation at customer premises.
• Configure WiFi connectivity, conduct testing, and ensure service stability upon completion.
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of installation or connectivity issues when required.
• Ensure proper cable management, safety compliance, and quality installation standards.
• Maintain accurate system updates, customer service standards, and accountability for assigned inventory and tools.
