Job summary

Kerry Group Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Finished Goods (FG) operations team, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment for local, export, and intercompany customers.

It involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing shipping documentation, monitoring inventory accuracy, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics activities, resolving operational and customer issues, and ensuring OTIF delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehousing operations or logistics teams.
• Strong ERP usage for order management.
• Customer focus with problem-solving.
• Ability to train and develop team.
• Analytical and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead FG team to process all orders for local and export customers and inter plant transfers.
• Communicate with Transport Planner, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transporter and QA on order status.
• Coordinate activities with departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents including invoice, COA and delivery order.
• Monitor OTIF order fulfilment and update management.
• Provide training to new team members.
• Handle discrepancies and damage reports and update inventory.
• Ensure policies are deployed to improve efficiency.
• Prepare monthly operations slides for management review.
